Our Social Welfare Caseworkers at Citizens Advice Salford provide information, advice and assistance to apply for means tested and non means tested welfare benefits and Universal Credits, charitable support, local authority benefit to help with rent or Council Tax liabilities, hardship provision in Salford, debt, employment, housing, health & community care (including NHS low income scheme), utilities, accessible travel, transport and parking schemes. Specialist help is available such as to challenge benefit decisions, debt management options, and housing disputes.

We support all Salford residents (and their carers) diagnosed , awaiting, undergoing, or in recovery from Cancer treatment inc - M3, M5, M6, M7, M27, M28, M30, M50 and those with a Salford GP
